I am a regular from Dortmund always satisfied and I have never seen the employees work without gloves! Just as a ponytail with your hair is enough or do you complain at your pizzerias that they don't wear a hairnet ??? A hairnet is not even worn at the bakery! And wasting my life I can only shake my head honestly! On average, people spend 374 days of their lives waiting. He waits at the traffic lights and at the machine, in the train station, in the airport and in traffic jams, at the doctor, at the cash register. Above all, he waits for his graphics to be built up on the screen, for a link to lead to the correct page, for him to have access to data, etc.! Have you ever thought of something like that Sifa ??? And all the other comments like is ok, not saying mine is ok but if it is ok or not yours why then so few stars what can he do for it that you don't like it? Then you better go eat your canned food!

On the 15th of every month there is 50% free. The cigköfte actually tastes really good here. Today, however, behind the counter was a lady with long hair who was wearing neither gloves nor a hat. She just did a ponytail, the hair was hanging out everywhere !! Hygienic is really something different, something like that doesn't work at all !! For this reason only two stars !!

My favorite cigköfte? But you should definitely order on the 15th (day of action)! Otherwise you stand in line for hours because you won't be told that you have to order ... That really doesn't work. Many stood in line for a long time (so did we), in the cold and rain, and the workers didn't care at all. When the attention was drawn to this, only a cold "Let them all order" came up. Would be cool if you could at least mention that you can't get your turn without an order, so that you know and don't waste your life so unnecessarily! :) Prop. 5 stars but I had to deduct sympathy points for the customer unfriendliness ...

Delicious, nice, quick and simply uncomplicated.

I can only recommend this delicious, healthy meal. I've been going there at least twice a month for a year and I'm thrilled every time. Everything is always fresh. And the two owners are always very welcoming! Only the two new temporary workers can improve their friendliness;)

Arrived from Dortmund especially to have a delicious Chee Koefte ... unfortunately the opening times are not correct :-( I'm not angry, just disappointed!

Best shop in Recklinghausen, one of the best in the entire region. Price / performance is outstanding. Employees always friendly, shop is clean, ingredients always fresh.
